
R.C.M. Far East was created to meet a specific market need in design collaboration. The founder, engineer Rey Mante has experience in working on a number of successful projects within the Philippines.
While involved in the Davao International Airport project, Rey teamed up with architect Neil Punsalan who has extensive experience in working on large projects in The Royal Palace of Brunei, various high-rise structures in Makati, Robinson Highlands in Davao and Nino Aquino International Airport 1.
Today the company enjoys vibrant growth in design and collaboration on several joint ventures with USA affiliate companies building hotel and commerical properties.
Currently there is a dedicated staff of 50 professionals covering all the disciplines for international design collaboratioin projects.
Rey is a family man with 3 children and is actively involved in Couples for Christ Community and Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers.
Having a passion in agriculture has lead Rey to embark into investing in the Palm Olive industry along with several commercial development programmes in Davao.
Rey is fortunate in having Neil Punsalan who is a member of United Architects of Philippines (UAP) and Philippine Institute of Architects (PIA).
Neil plays a major role in R.C.M. as a member of the team and key architectural advisor to Rey.
